I believe talking to users is a non-negotiable to building impactful experiences.

I have held a diverse set of roles in my tech career. Through it all, I have found that users are often the most capable of expressing their needs and requirements if organizations would only listen. As a UX Researcher, I believe it is incumbent upon me to amplify user voices.

I have conducted evaluative and generative research for e-commerce and product growth teams, equally comfortable fine-tuning existing experiences as I am building new ones. Having worked across multiple disciplines, I am fundamentally cross-functional in orientation, as fluent in marketing funnel metrics as I am in sprint planning. While I lean qualitative, I believe quantitative analysis is indispensable to painting a full picture of the user experience. I am a writer and presenter at heart and take pride in making complex ideas understandable.
