I’m Matt, a UX Researcher based out of Austin, TX.

I am an experienced technology professional having spent the past decade working across the software sector in a variety of customer-centric roles, most recently as a researcher at both Atlassian Software and PayPal. I translate users’ expressed needs - whether tacit or explicit - into concrete and actionable recommendations.

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Texas at Austin full-time.
